CEO and Co-Founder
Boris Vaynberg is CEO and co-founder of Solebit. He brings more than a decade of operational expertise in leading large-scale cyber security projects in the civilian and military intelligence sectors. Boris’ experience also includes positions at Elbit Systems’ Intelligence and Cyber Solutions division and Comsec Consulting’s Information Security division, where he was responsible for product management, business development, marketing and sales of numerous multi-million dollar security solutions. Prior, he worked in the elite technology unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he led a number of teams in both offensive and defensive cyber security.
CTO and Co-Founder
As CTO and co-founder, Meni Farjon leads Solebit’s research division and contributes to the development of Solebit’s patented IP. He is a highly regarded expert in offensive and defensive cyber security with 15+ years of experience. Meni’s previous experience includes research into, planning and execution of advanced security penetration testing on applications and IT networks, and the foundation of the “Keep Me Safe” project, a database of compromised accounts. Meni also served In the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) elite technology unit, where he headed numerous penetration testing and proactive defense in depth capabilities.
VP Product and Co-Founder
Yossi Sara is VP of Products and co-founder of Solebit, leading the product strategy and development. He brings 15+ years of experience as solution architect in the R&D of complex IT systems, infrastructure projects, and cyber security solutions. Yossi’s past experience includes six years at Elbit Systems’ Intelligence and Cyber Solutions division, where he headed security-engineering solutions. He also is a Captain (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) having served for nine years in the elite technology unit including six in command and management roles.
VP Global Field Operations
As VP Global Field Operations, Rajiv Sinha leads Solebit’s direct sales, channels, and customer advocacy capabilities worldwide. With over 20+ years of field experience, he is a seasoned executive with outstanding abilities in recognizing and building high performing human capital, forging long-term relationships and exceeding customer expectations through excellence in fulfillment. Prior, Rajiv held similar global executive positions at Immun.io, which was acquired by Trend Micro, Inc. in October 2017, and at Cigital, where he created, from scratch, a multi-million dollar practice across the Pacific Rim (USA) and APJ prior to its acquisition by Synopsys, Inc. in November 2016. Before evolving his career in business development and professional services at PwC LLP, he spent a decade at Oracle Corp in a career spanning software engineering, product management, security incident response and software security operations. He holds advanced degrees in management, engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley.
VP Research & Development
Mickey Kazarian is VP Research & Development at Solebit, leading the development of the transformative cyber protection SoleGATE™ platform. With 18+ years of experience of software development and consulting experience, Mickey is passionate about acquiring, coaching and building careers of high performance software engineering talent. Prior to Solebit, he was Director of R&D at Ping Identity and Accells leading numerous teams across mobile development, strong authentication and cloud engineering programs at AWS. Mickey has also served as a senior consultant in security program development and execution at Comsec Consulting’s Information Security division, and holds advanced degrees in management, computer science and engineering.
As Chief Architect, Jonathan Gross leads the strategic architecture team at Solebit responsible for the technological design of the SoleGATE™ platform. He has well over 15+ years of experience in developing and managing teams of software architects and engineers for a diverse collection of solutions across enterprise software, real-time embedded systems and web applications. Prior to Solebit, Jonathan held leadership roles in software engineering at CSR and Zoran. He has also served for more than 5 years in the elite technology unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF)as both software developer and team leader.
